At Heart For Pastors (HFP), we exist to serve those who serve others.
Our mission is to provide a place of rest, healing, and renewal for pastors, missionaries, their spouses, and church elder teams who are experiencing the exhaustion, isolation, or discouragement that so often accompanies ministry.
Ministry leadership is a sacred calling—but it's also one of the most emotionally and spiritually demanding roles anyone can carry. We believe no pastor should have to suffer silently or lead from a place of burnout. Heart For Pastors is here to be a refuge—helping leaders find restoration and rediscover their purpose through the power of the Gospel.
Heart For Pastors was founded by Pastor Alan Scott, who brings over 39 years of ministry experience and a personal understanding of the highs and lows of pastoral leadership. Through years of walking alongside broken-hearted leaders, Alan saw the deep need for a space dedicated to soul care for those in ministry.
What began as a burden became a vision—a Gospel-centered retreat experience designed to offer holistic healing: spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
HFP is located on 80 peaceful acres in the North Georgia Mountains, providing a high-end barndominium retreat space where ministry leaders can rest, reflect, and reconnect with God.
Meeting pastor's and leaders deepest needs with the good news, hope, healing, and truth found in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ."
